Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Officer to provide exceptional support to our Director and Associate Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex diaries, drafting correspondence, and handling sensitive and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of administrative and personal assistant services to the Director and Associate Directors
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Liaise with staff and stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
