About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Actions Administrator to join our team in Edinburgh. As a member of our Corporate Actions team, you will be responsible for processing Corporate Actions activity for our global custody and middle office clients and investment managers across various markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate capture and validation of corporate actions responses
  • Processing of corporate actions instructions to market
  • Posting of client corporate actions entitlements
  • Client inquiries and reporting deliverables

You will work closely with colleagues and providers across multiple time zones to ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate actions activity.
