Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Actions Administrator Associate 2 to join our team in Edinburgh. As a member of State Street's Corporate Actions team, you will be responsible for processing Corporate Actions activity for our global custody and middle office clients and investment managers across various markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process clients' responses to Corporate Actions events with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Validate and process Corporate Actions instructions to the market based on client elections.
  • Post client entitlements related to Corporate Actions events in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize workload to meet daily task requirements and deadlines.
  • Collate and review daily reporting to ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving the Corporate Actions product and support the 'Risk Excellence' culture within the business.
  • Deliver effective client service by adhering to limits of delegation and escalation procedures required by your manager.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • An understanding of the financial services industry is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • A customer-focused approach and flexible attitude.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical care, insurance, and savings plans.
