Job Title: Office Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Omnea. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our executives, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Your Responsibilities:
* Manage executive calendars and schedules
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for meetings and events
* Maintain accurate records of office supplies and equipment
* Oversee the setup and maintenance of office spaces, including meeting rooms and workstations

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
