Office Angels is recruiting a Training Operations Coordinator for our client based in Crowthorne.

This role involves working closely with Key Account Directors and New Business Development to understand programme requirements and collaborate with clients to ensure successful programme delivery. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Training Administrator/Coordinator, ideally within a corporate training setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for large-scale programmes.
  • Review training materials for quality assurance purposes and make necessary changes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders regarding training logistics and operational details.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in corporate training and operations management.
