- Diary Management and Meetings: Coordinate diaries and schedule meetings for team members, taking into account diverse time zones.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange global travel for the team, booking flights, hotels, and visas with attention to detail.
- Office Projects: Oversee office management projects, leveraging your organisational skills to deliver results.
- Events and Conferences: Plan and execute client events and conferences that showcase our brand's excellence.
- Liaising with Vendors: Develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring prompt resolution to any queries or concerns.
Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
