We are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the London office. As a coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.

  • Diary Management and Meetings: Coordinate diaries and schedule meetings for team members, taking into account diverse time zones.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange global travel for the team, booking flights, hotels, and visas with attention to detail.
  • Office Projects: Oversee office management projects, leveraging your organisational skills to deliver results.
  • Events and Conferences: Plan and execute client events and conferences that showcase our brand's excellence.
  • Liaising with Vendors: Develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring prompt resolution to any queries or concerns.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
