SEN Teacher Leader

We are looking for an exceptional SEN Teacher Leader to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will design and deliver high-quality education programs tailored to students' unique needs, incorporating SEN-specific strategies and techniques.
Responsibilities- Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet students' diverse needs.
- Collaborate with SEN support staff, teaching assistants, and external specialists to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes emotional and academic growth.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Proven experience teaching KS1 students or SEN students (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with SEN-specific teaching methods and resources.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
