SEN Learning Specialist

Supply Desk seeks an experienced School Teacher for a SEN Tutor role in the Salisbury area. This long-term contract offers opportunities for professional growth and potentially leads to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will develop and deliver tailored lessons for students with SEN, including:
- Creating lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Tracking student progress through IEPs
- Utilizing teaching strategies and technologies to support different learning needs
- Assessing and adapting teaching methods to meet individual requirements
Requirements:
Applicants must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification
- Experience in teaching students with SEN
- A deep understanding of SEN conditions, learning difficulties, and effective teaching methodologies
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to suit individual needs
- Excellent patience, empathy, and passion for supporting students with SEN
Competitive Salary: The salary range for this position is £14,000 - £21,500 per month, depending on experience.
