Teaching Personnel is a leading provider of education services, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and inspiring educational leader to join our team as a Key Stage 1 SEN specialist teacher. About the Role

You will work closely with the school team to design and deliver personalized lessons tailored to the needs of students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN support staff, and external specialists to provide a holistic approach to learning.
  • Create an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters emotional and academic growth.

We offer a competitive salary of £**30,000 - £50,000 per annum**, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a welcoming school environment.

Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (required).
  • Previous experience teaching KS1 and/or SEN students (desirable but not essential).
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in children's lives.
