At Long-term Teachers Ltd, we are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Classroom Leader for a part-time position. This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated and passionate educator who is looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of classroom assistants, contributing to the development of the Education Provision, and playing a key role in shaping the future of young learners in a vibrant and supportive environment.

This part-time position comes with a competitive salary of £38,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and offers a range of benefits including:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have Qualified Teacher Status and experience in teaching across the Primary Phase, particularly Key Stage 2. You will also need to be skilled in setting targets, monitoring, and assessing pupil performance, and have the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
