We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team in Salisbury, delivering high-quality education to children with diverse learning needs. As an SEN Teacher with our agency, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of educators, sharing your expertise and developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Description:
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lessons, incorporating evidence-based interventions and strategies to cater to the individual needs of students with SEND.
  • Progress Monitoring and Assessment: Use a range of assessment tools to track students' progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and informing the development of personalized interventions and support plans.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues, parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure seamless communication and support for students with complex needs.
  • Inclusive Practice: Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect within the school community, promoting the values of equality, diversity, and accessibility.

Salary and Benefits: £40,000 per annum, plus £7,500 statutory holiday pay. Opportunities for permanent employment may arise from this temporary position.
