Job Title: SEN Support Assistant
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic professionals to support the educational development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As a passionate advocate for inclusive education, you will play a vital role in promoting social and emotional growth.
- Provide tailored support to SEN students in small groups or one-on-one settings, fostering independence and self-confidence.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to implement personalized education plans, ensuring effective outcomes.
- Support the educational development of SEN students, working closely with teaching teams.
- Encourage independence, self-esteem, and confidence in SEN students.
£28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive salary that reflects your skills and qualifications.
