We are seeking an inspirational Headteacher to lead our brand-new SEN school in Amesbury, Wiltshire. As a senior specialist education leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the lives of pupils with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience as a senior leader in a specialist school for pupils with complex communication needs. They will possess Qualified Teacher Status or Equivalent and be willing to extend their personal and professional development.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus. Our range of benefits includes life assurance, pension scheme options, and access to mental health support services.

As Headteacher, you will lead our school's commitment to providing outstanding outcomes for Pupils and Young People, ensuring a safe environment, and meeting statutory requirements. You will also benefit from an infrastructure of support from central services and a network of supportive headteachers.
