Education and Behavioural Intervention Professional

PK Education is recruiting a highly skilled Behaviour Learning Mentor to work with pupils who require additional support in Birmingham. As a Behaviour Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour change and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with children who have behavioural issues or additional learning needs. A strong maths and English GCSE background is also essential, as well as a level 3 qualification in Education or Special Inclusive Education, or equivalent experience.
This Behaviour Learning Mentor vacancy offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will also benefit from access to a range of benefits, including pension scheme and employee assistance programme.
