Behavioural Intervention Coach

We are committed to supporting students who require additional help with managing their behaviour. Our Behaviour Mentor will work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement strategies that promote positive behavioural outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 support to a student with challenging behaviour.
- Contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Foster a culture of active participation and engagement in learning.
- Provide targeted interventions to support students' overall wellbeing and learning development.
Salary:
£90-£105 per day.
About You:
- Proven experience of managing challenging behaviours and a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
- Experience of working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- A genuine passion for helping children overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
