We are seeking a qualified Behaviour Intervention Teacher to join our team at Flourish Education Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with behavioural challenges and be passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.

About the Role
  • Implement individualised behaviour intervention plans to support students with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote positive behaviour and inclusive education.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, using data to inform teaching practices.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behaviour management strategies, promoting a culture of understanding and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Teaching and Support: Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans tailored to meet the needs of students with complex behaviours.
  2. Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and support staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  3. Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and assess student progress, utilising data to inform teaching practices and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Professional Development: Deliver training and support to staff on behaviour management strategies, enhancing their skills and knowledge in this area.
Requirements
  • A degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience working with children with behavioural challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
