Primary Intervention Teacher

We are seeking an exceptional Primary Intervention Teacher to join our team in Kings Norton. As a Behaviour Intervention Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the school's commitment to inclusive education by delivering tailored behavioural interventions for children across the primary age range.
This long-term, full-time position offers the opportunity to make a difference in a Primary school while providing expert support to the school's staff.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing behaviour interventions for children across the primary age range.
- Collaborating with class teachers to manage challenging behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding behaviour strategies and student progress.
- Providing cover for classes when required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working in a Primary School.
- Exceptional behaviour management skills.
- A proven track record of working with children with challenging behaviour.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and parents.
- A minimum of 2 excellent references from most recent employers.
This position offers:
- £140 - £185 per day, equivalent to £27,300 - £36,075 per annum (based on 5 days a week for a full school year).
- The option of PAYE or Umbrella pay.
- Holiday Pay - PAYE candidates accrue 12.07% of their day rate as holiday pay.
- Pension contributions.
- Free KCSIE-compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training, including modules on FGM and abuse.
