We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced teacher to join our team at Slade Primary School as a Primary School Teacher.

The role will involve providing PPA/leadership release cover across school for four days a week and also working one day per week to provide cover for a teacher in Year One. This year group may change based on need and teaching allocation each academic year.

As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students and contributing to the development of our curriculum. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of educators who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in teaching and learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching and assessing students in accordance with our curriculum
  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievement
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of our school community

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £38,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, a pension scheme, and employee assistance programmes.
