**Job Overview**

The Education Network Birmingham is seeking a highly skilled Primary Intervention Specialist to join our team. As an Intervention Teacher, you will be responsible for providing targeted support to students who require additional help in core subjects.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide one-to-one and small group tuition to students who require additional support

- Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the needs of individual students

- Collaborate with teachers to identify areas where students may require extra support

- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed

- Work closely with other members of the teaching team to ensure seamless delivery of the curriculum

Requirements

We are looking for a qualified teacher with:

- QTS or ECT status

- Experience working with small groups and individuals

- Strong subject knowledge and expertise in primary education

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
