NHS Compass is seeking an exceptional Early Intervention Specialist to join its innovative Mental Health Support Teams. This forward-thinking role involves delivering evidence-based interventions and training to empower children, young people, and families to overcome mental health challenges.

About the Team

Our dynamic team is dedicated to ensuring children receive the right help at the right time in the right place. We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach, working closely with families, carers, and educational staff to provide comprehensive support.

The successful candidate will have a strong degree of personal integrity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to relate to children and young people. They will also be able to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and analyse data to enable progressive models of delivery and intervention.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver training and evidence-based interventions to promote positive change in children and young people
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and educational staff to provide comprehensive support
  • Analyse data to inform effective models of delivery and intervention, contributing to improved outcomes

We offer a competitive salary range of £37,092 - £45,347, along with a range of benefits including 27 days holiday + bank holidays, life assurance, and a contributory pension scheme.
