Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our partner primary school in Selly Oak. As an ideal candidate, you will have the ability to positively impact the lives of young learners by delivering targeted interventions that promote progress towards age-expected level expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in creating and adapting teaching resources to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Support students with overall wellbeing through targeted interventions and activities.
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group sessions to children with SEN.
  • Lead phonics interventions and promote socialisation and inclusivity.
Requirements
  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or relevant degree.
  • Have at least one year's experience supporting primary school pupils, ideally Early Years or KS1.
  • Understanding of EYFS curriculum and experience leading phonics interventions.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £90 per day, based on location and industry standards.
