Job Title: Primary Behaviour Intervention Specialist

We are working with a small Primary School in Kings Norton, seeking an experienced Behaviour Intervention Teacher to make a difference in the lives of students.

This long-term, full-time position starts immediately and offers a salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing tailored behaviour intervention plans to support students' social and emotional development.
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to promote positive behaviour and improve educational outcomes.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress through regular reviews and data analysis.

Qualifications required:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with behavioural challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals.
