Early Intervention Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Early Intervention Specialist to join our team at WMJobs. In this role, you will work closely with schools and families to provide early intervention, support, and guidance to promote improved outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement early intervention strategies to address barriers to learning.
- Work with schools and families to identify and address underlying issues.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on child development, family dynamics, and the needs of young children and their parents.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree-level qualification and/or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated annual salary: £24,351 - £32,654 (pro-rata for part-time).
