Early Intervention Community Team Therapist

Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled EICT Therapy Support Worker to join our Early Intervention Community Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in facilitating patient rehabilitation and enabling individuals to achieve optimal independence.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in caring for older/disabled adults, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work autonomously, prioritise tasks efficiently, and demonstrate a mature approach to work.
Salary: £26,500-£32,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy sessions in patient homes or community facilities
- Support clinicians in developing and implementing individualised care plans
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture
