Mental Health Occupational Therapist - Band 6 Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Reaside Clinic, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. As a key member of our community mental health services, you will work collaboratively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.

Main Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and participating in co-produced interventions and groups tailored to the diverse needs of our communities. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and engage in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
