The Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention Community Team. As a trusted assessor and practitioner, you will work with patients, carers, and other health and social care agencies to promote independence and develop individual plans of care relevant to their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide access to urgent and routine occupational therapy assessment and intervention services
  • Develop and monitor treatment programs at home, ensuring safe discharge or referral to alternative services as appropriate
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality interventions and support junior staff and students

We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £46,405 per annum, depending on experience. This role also comes with opportunities for professional development, including our Inspire leadership training program.
