Community Rehabilitation Lead

This is an exceptional opportunity to work as a Community Rehabilitation Lead - Occupational Therapy within our Adult Community Services division. The post holder will be responsible for leading a team of occupational therapists, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services to adults in the community.
You will have extensive experience in occupational therapy, with a strong background in rehabilitation and community settings. You will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the principles of occupational therapy, with a focus on enabling individuals to achieve their goals and maximise their independence.
