Key Responsibilities

As a Rehabilitation Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating rehabilitation services for clients with complex needs. This includes assessing risk, setting goals, and ensuring optimal care and rehabilitation.

You will work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neuro rehabilitation and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a home-based role that requires travel to visit clients and collaborate with healthcare professionals. You will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your skills in medico-legal reporting.
