Auditory Rehabilitation Expert

Join our team at Veritas Hearing UK as an Auditory Rehabilitation Expert and contribute to enhancing the well-being of our clients through compassionate and comprehensive audiological care.
In this role, you will work closely with our Audiologists to provide customer rehabilitation of hearing aids, follow-ups, service/repair calls, and aftercare. The apprenticeship consists of 24 months of on-the-job and classroom-based training in conjunction with De Montford University in Leicester.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of auditory rehabilitation principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A Level 5 award in hearing aid dispensing is required, and you must be able to register with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). A driving licence is also necessary due to the domiciliary nature of the role.
