Clinical Psychologist Leadership Role in Brain Injury Rehabilitation

Salary: £56,333 - £71,979 per annum.
The successful candidate will work closely with individuals who have experienced brain injuries from trauma, illness, substance abuse, and more, providing support and guidance throughout their recovery journey. As part of a dedicated team of professionals, you will be instrumental in fostering a strong team spirit and promoting a culture of mutual respect and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead professional and clinical efforts within the service and across the region, ensuring a systematic response to service needs.
- Deliver high-level clinical services, providing expert advice and consultation to colleagues and other clinicians.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust service across the relevant region.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
Requirements:
- A Doctorate in Clinical Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to integrate multiple perspectives and make informed decisions.
- Experience in managing specialist professional staff and overseeing day-to-day clinical services.
