Role Overview:


Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an exceptional and qualified Principal Clinical Psychologist with expertise in neurorehabilitation to join their dynamic team and make a significant impact on the lives of individuals living with acquired brain injury (ABI).


Job Summary:


As a Principal Clinical Psychologist, you will lead and enhance the provision of high-quality, innovative, and evidence-based neuropsychological rehabilitation. You will deliver strategic professional leadership to a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement specialist psychological treatment plans for mental health and adjustment difficulties, grounded in a multi-factorial psychological understanding and best practice.


• Provide expert psychological advice for multidisciplinary formulation of therapeutic approaches or intervention plans, and oversee their implementation.


• Conduct psychologically based risk assessments and manage risks for relevant service users while advising team members accordingly.


Requirements:


A doctorate in clinical psychology (or equivalent) accredited by the BPS, and a proven track record in conducting clinical research or audit.
