Salary: £58,972 - £68,525 per annum + Golden Hello Bonus of £6000

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Clinical Psychologist to join our client's dynamic team and make a significant impact on the lives of individuals living with acquired brain injury (ABI).

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will lead and enhance the provision of high-quality, innovative, and evidence-based neuropsychological rehabilitation. This role involves delivering strategic professional leadership to a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team at a highly respected service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement specialist psychological treatment plans for mental health and adjustment difficulties, grounded in a multi-factorial psychological understanding and best practice.
  • Provide expert psychological advice for multidisciplinary formulation of therapeutic approaches or intervention plans, and oversee their implementation.
  • Conduct psychologically based risk assessments and manage risks for relevant service users while advising team members accordingly.

Requirements:

  • A doctorate in clinical psychology (or equivalent) accredited by the BPS.
  • Proven track record in conducting clinical research or audit.
