Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of mental health services in the region. We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist to take on a leadership role within our Psychological Services team.

About the Role

\

We are looking for an individual with excellent clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality mental health services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the team, ensuring that interventions are timely, evidence-based, and culturally appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Provide clinical leadership to the team, including developing and implementing new interventions and programs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and external agencies
\

Requirements

\

The ideal candidate will have:

\
  • A postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Practitioner Psychologist
  • Proven experience in leadership and management roles within mental health services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\

Salary

\

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
