About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our clinical services, you will be responsible for contributing to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with learning difficulties/disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties.

Our service offers support through practical and vocational training, aiming to improve the quality of life for the individuals we support. You will work within the overall framework of our service policies and procedures, ensuring quality assurance and supporting the development of our services.

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in developing empowering environments where our adults can flourish. Our settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and we strive for excellence when it comes to looking after the individuals in our care.
