Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Military Medical Personnel. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing specialist rehabilitation services to military patients.
About the Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, and complex trauma. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to patients with a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, and orthopaedic conditions
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop rehabilitation plans that address specific patient needs and goals
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, Exercise Rehabilitation Instructors, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and independence
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies
Requirements
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
- Chartered Society of Physiotherapists membership
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Post-graduate diploma level qualification in the assessment and treatment of muscular-skeletal disorders, sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, mobilisation, and manipulation
- 2 years post-graduate clinical experience in MSK disorders
- Previous experience in a Band 6 Physiotherapist role or equivalent
Salary
The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
