We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention Team within the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to adults in their own homes and community settings.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Therapy, with extensive experience in working with patients in a variety of settings. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing personalized care plans, and providing interventions to support patients in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current Health and Care Professions Council registration.
  • Extensive experience in working with patients in a variety of settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
