Community Healthcare Specialist

Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join their Bank.
The estimated salary for this role is around £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
As a key member of the Adult Community Service Division, you will be working with virtual wards, urgent community response teams, and early intervention community teams to provide high-quality community and specialist services within Birmingham and the West Midlands.
We deliver over 100 clinical services, including inpatient care, rehabilitation services, and dental services. Our services are designed to support adults, children, people with learning disabilities, and those requiring rehabilitation.
This role will be based at our Care Coordination Centre (CCC) at Priestley Wharf for a short-term period. You will be part of a team that prioritizes caring, open, respectful, responsible, and inclusive practices in everything we do.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality patient care as a General Practitioner
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and colleagues
