We are currently seeking an experienced Adult Rehabilitation Professional to join our Occupational Therapy Team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and career in adult rehabilitation, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver rehabilitation services to adults in their own homes and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Providing occupational therapy assessment and intervention services to patients, promoting independence and developing individual plans of care relevant to patient needs.
  • Working in partnership with patients, carers, and other health and social care agencies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing treatment programmes at home and ensuring safe discharge or referral on to alternative services as appropriate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Occupational Therapy, current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council, and extensive evidence of relevant post-registration training and CPD. You should also have experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team, relevant rehabilitation experience for a variety of patients in a community setting, and ability to plan and delegate daily workload.
