Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Healthcare team, providing specialist support to children and young people with neurodevelopmental disorders. As a Band 7 Specialist, you will work closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure effective transition planning and coordinated care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans for children with neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to address complex care needs
  • Conduct home visits and community outreach to provide support and education to families
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to share expertise and best practices

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • HCPC registration and licensure to practice
  • At least 3 years of experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Proven track record of successful caseload management and service delivery

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this role is £60,000-£72,000 per annum, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
