The role

As a DBT Specialist Therapist, you will provide psychological treatments to patients via evidence-based multi-model interventions, such as Dialectical Behaviour, Cognitive Behaviour, or other manualised treatment protocols, working autonomously within professional guidelines and the team's policies and procedures.

You will also organise and provide teaching and training as required, and collect and interpret data regarding the outcomes of interventions provided.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification as a therapist and be able to risk-assess and manage people with severe complex needs. You must also be able to communicate clearly, effectively, and sensitively.

Training or experience in the delivery of other psychological interventions is desirable.
