Salary

We offer a competitive daily rate of £140-£185, equivalent to £27,300-£36,075 per annum (based on 5 days a week for a full school year). Our PAYE or Umbrella pay options provide flexibility, and holiday pay is accrued at 12.07% of the day rate.

Job Description

The Behaviour Intervention Teacher role involves delivering tailored behaviour interventions for children across the primary age range. You will support class teachers in managing challenging behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualised behaviour plans to address student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to identify and address underlying causes of challenging behaviour.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding behaviour strategies and student progress.
  • Assist in covering classes when required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working in a Primary School setting.
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.
  • A proven track record of working with children with challenging behaviour.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and parents.
