We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Intervention Teacher to join our team at Flourish Education Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact on students' lives and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

About the Role
  • Design and implement behaviour intervention plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and use data to inform teaching practices.
  • Deliver workshops and training sessions to staff on behaviour management strategies, promoting a culture of understanding and respect.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • A degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience working with children with behavioural challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
Compensation Package
  • A salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
  • A generous annual leave allowance and flexible working arrangements.
