The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting students with complex needs and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role- Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment through collaboration with teachers and support staff.
- Utilise data to inform teaching practices and drive student progress.
- Deliver training and support to staff on behaviour management strategies, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with behavioural challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
- A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum.
