We are currently recruiting Behaviour Specialists to work in our network of SEN schools. As a Behaviour Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education, along with relevant experience working with children who have SEND. Our partner schools offer a collaborative environment where you can share best practices and grow professionally.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver targeted interventions to students with challenging behaviour/SEND, focusing on building confidence and resilience.
- Partner with teachers and other educators to develop inclusive lesson plans and activities.
The salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. At PK Education, we pride ourselves on our commitment to staff development and welfare, providing ongoing support and resources to ensure our team members excel in their roles.
