We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a KS2 Education Support Professional to join our team at Smile Education. As an experienced teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education support to students in need, working closely with class teachers to identify areas where students require extra help.

Job Description:

  • Deliver tailored lessons and interventions to small groups of students, focusing on Maths, English, and Science.
  • Assess student progress, identifying areas where they may need additional support and developing strategies to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with class teachers and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and effective learning experience for all students.

Requirements:

  1. A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in KS2 or relevant intervention teaching, passionate about supporting students' academic and personal growth.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  3. Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, particularly in core subjects, with a keen eye for identifying areas where students may need extra support.
