  • Enthusiasm and ability to make learning enjoyable and valuable for students.
  • A qualified teacher holding QTS (ECTs welcome).
  • Ability to adapt teaching approaches to effectively support students facing various challenges.
  • Previous experience in either Key Stage 1/KS1 or Key Stage 2/KS2.
  • Capacity to manage the class and handle challenging behavior.
