Job Title: Senior Behaviour Support Professional

 

We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Behaviour Support Professional to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd in Sandwell. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective strategies to enhance students' learning experiences in the classroom.

Job Description:

  • Manage challenging behaviour and develop strategies to support students with SEMH needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to provide holistic support to students.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and carers.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Candidate should have experience in managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective strategies to enhance students' learning experiences in the classroom.
  • Team Teach/Positive Handling/De-escalation Training Desired, SEND Certificate and SEND qualifications also beneficial.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including on-site parking and in-house training opportunities.
