Behavioural Support Professional Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioural Support Professional to join our team at a Primary SEMH School. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting children with complex needs and social, emotional mental health.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with pupils, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans. This role requires a high level of patience, empathy, and understanding, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing individualized support plans
- Providing one-to-one support to pupils
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals
Requirements:
- Experience of supporting children or adults within a school or care setting
- Highly skilled Behavioural Support Professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
