Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a talented Community Health Improvement Lead to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering health promotion initiatives to improve participation in the bowel cancer screening programme, particularly among communities with lower uptake.

About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community development principles and practices. They will also have experience of working with communities to identify and address health needs.

The role will involve developing and implementing health promotion programmes, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

The salary for this position is estimated to be £54,320 - £60,981 per annum, based on national averages for similar roles in the UK.
