We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Podiatry Practice Development Allied Health Professional to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of the CLCH Academy team, you will play a vital role in developing the registered and non-registered podiatry workforce through quality improvement in practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Academy team, AHP Lead, Chief AHP, and Clinical Leads to identify specific training needs and plan programmes to ensure staff are competent and have the right skills to undertake their roles.

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical specialist podiatrist to make a real difference in the lives of patients and staff at CLCH. The estimated salary for this position is £53,000 - £59,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and co-ordinate training programmes and development activities for all registered and unregistered podiatry clinical staff.
  • To support and facilitate the development of podiatry clinical practice through supervision, direct observations of practice competency frameworks, and learning contracts.
  • To promote and role model high standards of care through demonstration of clinical expertise and quality improvement.
